We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your portable toilet rental. If you need to cancel your rental, please let us know as soon as possible. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost.

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience, including credit card, debit card, and cash. Payment is due at the time of delivery, and we will provide you with a detailed invoice for your records.
